Coaches
Skills Squads - Rhian Davies
Rhian is the coach for the squads Skills 1,2 and 3, she has coached with the club for 12 years and has been employed as the coach for junior skills for six years. Rhian is also a swimming teacher with Aqua School at the National Pool, delivering lessons from the ASA National Teaching plan for swimming (stages 1-7). Rhian is a qualified Level 2 Coach and a Level 2 Teacher.
Competitve Squads - Ben Smith
Ben was appointed to the position of Head Coach of Gower Swimming Club in October 2013. He has experience in the development of swimmers from Junior to Elite levels, through the principles of Long Term Athlete Development. He has also led international training camps and coached swimmers into national development squads.
Masters Squad - Sarah Edwards
Sarah has coached and developed the Swansea Aquatics Masters squad with her members achieving Masters, Open Water and Triathlon success around the UK. Open Water and Masters is something Sarah is really passionate about and is looking forward to developing these sports in the near future.
